Social Justice Retreat
Holly Rockwell, SSJ Justice and Care for Creation Coordinator, and Sister Barbara Lum will lead “A Day on Social Justice” at Notre Dame Retreat House in Canandaigua on Monday, May 20 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The retreat day will include a presentation by Sister Barbara about her experience working as a Nursing Supervisor at Selma, Alabama's Good Samaritan Hospital during Bloody Sunday and the height of the civil rights movement. Rockwell will present on "Embodying Everyday Peace: Finding your deep gladness and responding to the world’s deep hunger." You can register here.
