Sister Stephanine Riley spent 47 years serving as teacher and later as administrator in the diocesan Catholic schools Nativity in Brockport, St. Casmir in Elmira, St. Patrick in Mt. Morris, St. Stanislaus in Rochester, and Sacred Heart Cathedral in Rochester.

“During these years I worked with very dedicated teachers and parents and I still often hear from them,” said Sister Stephanine during her 60th Jubilee celebration in 2016.

Following her time in education, Sister assisted the local senior population through the former SSJ ministry Sisters Care.
